Maths Week

JCC- I liked the BINGO because you get to guess and put secret numbers in and when you fill up your whole frame you jump up and say BINGO!I also liked the number target because you got to think and try to get them on the lowest and the highest!

RP- In Mthes Week my favourite game was the BINGO adding game. You need to add numbers inbetween 10 and 1. We also played money problems. One of the games was like Heads and Tails. You had to flick the coin. If you flick a tail you can't move and you put a point on tails.

DM- In maths week I loved doing the number riddles and the maths games. It was fun. I loved solving the problems.

Room 3 went to space in our rocket Apollo 3. When we came back to Earth we looked a bit different...

We had a great time presenting at assembly on the 4th June. Everyone did a great job sharing our items. Here is one of our items for you to enjoy!

Autumn

In Room 3 we have been celebrating Autumn. We have made Autumn art, read Autumn poems, flown kites and even written our own poems about Autumn.

BM: Autumn looks like...frozen in the morning. Leaves turn red, yellow, brown.
Autumn feels like...not so hot in bed and it is much easier to sleep.
Autumn sounds like...wind.

BO: Autumn looks like...bare trees. The leaves are on the ground.
Autumn feels like...cloudy and windy.
Autumn sounds like...crack and crackle.

JS: Autumn looks like...leaves are dying.
Autumn feels like...there is no sun in the morning.
Autumn sounds like...leaves crunch.

TM: Autumn looks like...the leaves fall off the trees.
Autumn feels like...it's cold in the mornings.
Autumn sounds like...crackle and crunch and crush.

Balloon Day

On Wednesday the 5th of May we supported the Asthma Society by wearing red to school and buying red balloons. We enjoyed taking our balloons for a walk and even had our photo taken with Mr T!

Star Lab

On the 9th of March Room 3 took their special 'Space Travel' passports to the hall and entered a silver dome called the 'Space Lab' to be transported into Space. We learnt many facts about space and wrote about them...
